Your training stays
on your iPhone.
The short version: Your training stays on your device. There are no accounts, analytics, ads, or tracking, and Vivobody sends nothing to us automatically. Finished workouts go to Apple Health only if you enable it. A support email is sent only if you choose to send it.

Data we collect
Vivobody does not automatically collect or transmit data. We cannot see your workouts, your body weight, or anything else you enter in the app.
Contacting support
Contacting support is optional. When you tap Contact & Support, Vivobody creates an editable email draft addressed to us. Along with anything you write, the draft includes the Vivobody version and build number, your iOS version, and your device model. This information is created on your device. No support message or diagnostic information is sent unless you tap Send. If you send the email, we use it only to respond and troubleshoot, and you may ask us to delete the conversation at any time.
Where your data lives
Workouts, templates, exercise catalog edits, body weight entries, and settings are stored locally on your device in the app’s private database. Widget data is a small local snapshot shared between the app and its widgets through Apple’s App Group container, also entirely on your device. If you use iCloud device backups, your Vivobody data is included in your own encrypted backup, which we have no access to.
Apple Health
Saving workouts to Apple Health is optional and off by default. If you turn it on, Vivobody asks for write-only permission and saves each finished workout to the Health app. Vivobody never reads any data from Apple Health, and your health data is never transmitted anywhere by Vivobody. You can revoke access at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health, and manage or delete saved workouts in the Health app.
Purchases
Vivobody Pro is a one-time purchase processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Purchase verification happens on your device using Apple’s StoreKit; no purchase information is sent to us.
Notifications
Rest timer alerts use local notifications scheduled on your device. No push notification service is used.
Siri, Spotlight, and widgets
Shortcuts, Spotlight search entries, and widget content are generated and stored on your device by Apple’s system frameworks. They are not shared with us or any third party.
Third parties
The Vivobody app contains no third-party SDKs, analytics frameworks, or advertising. If you choose to contact support, the message is sent through your email service to ours.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app deletes all Vivobody data from your device. Workouts previously saved to Apple Health remain in the Health app until you remove them there.
Children
Vivobody is not directed at children under 13 and does not automatically collect data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Since the app sends nothing to us automatically, changes are expected to be rare.
