Your workouts live
on your iPhone.
In short. Vivobody keeps your training data on your device. It has no accounts, analytics, ads, or tracking, and it sends nothing to us automatically. Your iPhone backup may include your app data. Vivobody can save finished workouts to Apple Health if you turn that on. We receive a support email only if you choose to send one.

Data we collect
Vivobody does not automatically send any data to us. We cannot see your workouts, your body weight, or anything else you enter in the app.
Contacting support
Contacting support is optional. When you tap Contact & Support, Vivobody opens an email draft to us that you can edit. Along with anything you write, the draft includes the Vivobody version and build number, your iOS version, and your device model. Vivobody builds this draft on your device. We receive neither your message nor these device details unless you tap Send. If you send the email, we use it only to reply and to troubleshoot. You can ask us to delete the conversation at any time.
Where your data lives
Vivobody stores your workouts, templates, exercise catalog edits, and body weight entries in a private database on your device. Settings are stored on your device too. The app shares a small copy of its data with its widgets through Apple's App Group container, and that copy also stays on your device. If you use iCloud Backup and include Vivobody, your backup may contain its data. Apple encrypts that backup, and we have no access to it.
Apple Health
Saving workouts to Apple Health is optional and off by default. If you turn it on, Vivobody asks for write-only permission and attempts to save newly finished workouts with logged sets to the Health app. Vivobody never reads data from Apple Health or sends your health data to us. You can revoke access at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health. You can manage or delete saved workouts in the Health app.
Purchases
Vivobody is a one-time paid download from the App Store, with no subscription or in-app purchases. Apple handles the payment, and we do not receive your payment details or collect purchase information in the app.
Notifications
Vivobody schedules rest timer alerts as local notifications on your device. It does not use a push notification service.
Siri, Spotlight, and widgets
Apple's system frameworks create and store Shortcuts, Spotlight search entries, and widget content on your device. Vivobody does not share them with us or with any third party.
Third parties
The Vivobody app contains no third-party SDKs, analytics frameworks, or advertising. If you contact support, your email provider delivers the message to ours.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes its data from your iPhone. Earlier device backups may still contain Vivobody data if it was included. Workouts that Vivobody saved to Apple Health stay in the Health app until you delete them there.
Children
Vivobody is not directed at children under 13 and does not automatically collect data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version at this address with a new effective date. Because the app sends nothing to us automatically, we expect changes to be rare.
