Frequently asked
Purchases, Apple Health, and your data
How do I restore my Vivobody purchase?
Vivobody has no Restore Purchases button. To get the app back, sign in to the App Store with the Apple Account you used to buy Vivobody, find it in your purchased apps, and download it again. If you get stuck, follow Apple's instructions for redownloading apps.
How do I save workouts to Apple Health?
In Vivobody Settings, turn on Apple Health. When iOS asks, allow Vivobody to write workouts. On supported devices, Vivobody then tries to save each workout you finish to the Health app, as long as the workout has logged sets. Vivobody never reads your Apple Health data.
Where is my data stored?
Vivobody stores your workout data on your iPhone. Vivobody has no accounts and no server that syncs your data. An iPhone backup may also include it. If you save workouts to Apple Health, the Health app keeps its own copy. See the privacy policy for details.
I deleted the app. Can I get my workouts back?
Reinstalling Vivobody does not bring back your workout history by itself. If an iPhone backup from before you deleted the app includes Vivobody's data, restoring your iPhone from that backup may recover your workouts. Apple explains how to restore an iPhone from a backup. Workouts you saved to Apple Health may still be in the Health app, but Vivobody cannot import them back.
Does Vivobody require a subscription?
No. You pay once to download Vivobody from the App Store. The price includes every current feature, and the app has no subscriptions or in-app purchases.
